Iowa Bill Tackles Cryptocurrency Fraud, Advances Forward

A proposed legislation aimed at regulating cryptocurrency kiosks in Iowa has advanced to Governor Kim Reynolds for approval.

The group claims this will enhance safeguards against cryptocurrency scams and stop Iowans from falling victim to financial exploitation.

This change would limit daily transactions to $1,000 and enable refunds for reported fraudulent activities within a period of 90 days.
